MY SKILLS
Project Management
Experience in managing student club events and group projects. Led a team of 20 students in organizing charity events, raising over 16 million VND to donate to local orphanges around Thu Duc city.
Time Management
Meet all the assignments and assessment deadlines despite the huge workload from the IB currciculum and leadership responsibility in the student government. Find a sufficient time to train for my triathlon to compete while balance my social life and theatre performance hobby. Received a consistent good grade from school's assignments and assessments while performed well in a triathlon competition, placing 3rd on my age group rank.
Mentoring
Dedicate my own time to advise many of my friends and some younger students about managing workload from IB or about their mental health, being supportive of their endeavors. Gathered a small group of 6 who are interested in cycling and advised them about the safety and financial consideration while enjoying this hobby.
Networking
Got to participate in many school-based and external events/competitions. Met with many people with different types of personalities and interested where I was able to connect and form a small group of cycling enthusiasts.
Research
Conducted both school-based and external research on various topics, ranging from mathematics or physic for my IAs and EE or mental health of students around Thu Duc city. Being able to ultilize and evaluate the reliability of various resources from the internet such as scientific journals, reports or public data. Collected data from the public up to over 120 responses.
Streamlining
Had a lot of experience in a group as a project planner with extra works to carry. Broke down big projects into smaller and manageable chunks that is not only easy-to-follow for me but also the others. Successfully incoporated the plan into the team's schedule to be as time-efficient as possible.
Certificates
The award celebrated the team's project with the communciation of their ideas to the judge being clear and easy-to-follow. The award is accompanied by a formal and dedicated certificate.
The award celebrate students that follows the school's philsophy of balance in both academics excellence and social contribution at the end of a school year.
